Due to ongoing health and travel issues related to COVID-19, the annual Samuel Merritt University April global health service trip to the Batata community has unfortunately had to be cancelled.

In lieu of our ambulatory 3-day clinic, we have partnered with Hands For Americas to provide the Batata community with care packages. Each package will contain:

4 bars of antibacterial soap
hand sanitizer
isopropyl alcohol
oral hydration salts
acetaminophen (15 pills for adults and liquid for children) to support good health.

Hands For Americas, in conjunction with Red Cross Panama, will distribute the care packages to families in the Batata community.
